Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental cost. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
