Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service and the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or contact our customer service team for more information on our cancellation policy.

Yes of course either you have USD or EUR you can pay in cash on board at the end of the trip.

Payment is due as soon as you booked but if you cancel within the cancelation period, you can ask for a refund.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a fee equivalent 50%. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

Our drivers will wait for you one hour free but after this period we will consider it as a no show because we have a tight planning and we can’t wait more to complete all rides.

Our minimum hourly hire service is 4 hours, we can refund 50% of hours after the minimum fees.

Yes, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a penalty equivalent to the ride price.

Yes of course, but we need to modify the booking so we will need the name of this person in order to fulfill law requirements.
